The Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT) utilizes massage on the abdomen along with soft tissue bodywork on the low back, sacrum, and tailbone to decrease congestion and promote better blood, lymph, nerve and qi flow to the organs and abdomen.
