The Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Therapy

Arvigo® is a systematic therapy designed to heal imbalances through the application of abdominal massage; bodywork on the low back, sacrum and tailbone; herbal tinctures, vaginal steams, and fajas (pelvic stabilizing sashes). Together, these modalities release deep congestion, promoting blood flow, and reducing inflammation. Arvigo® therapy offers traditional wisdom proven over time to correct many of the chronic conditions that most women suffer from at some time in their lives, improving the quality of women’s menstruation, fertility, digestion and  overall health.  learn more
